Looking for small Flat company

Hi all,
I am looking for a flat bed company that takes on O/O in the Indiana area. I say small because the good ones like Mercer and Landstar want recent experience.
I have over 1 million miles and 10 years flat experience but have not been on a truck in five years.
I am buying my first truck and need to work.
Anybody know of a good company to refer me to I would be grateful.
My driving record and DAC are spotless.
