Any information regarding regional trucking companies in the midwest that will hire hire a recent graduate with driving experience.

I've recently finished my driver taining and have over ten years experience driving dump trucks, dozers, scrapers.

    Thanks in advance!

    Roehl?
    Millis?

Millis is a great company, but unless you have 1yr OTR they won't look at you unless you go through THEIR school. Both based in WI.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I don't have any OTR experience. Any recommendations on a good approach to get my new career started are greatly appreciated.

In your area look for feed haulers using hopper bottoms and dumps .

Since you're in WI, Roehl is good starter company.

Agreed. But they are picky/fussy about who they hire....you need to be really clean with Roehl. Even too many jobs can kill it for you-

With his experience he doesn't need one of those starter companies . A good regional medium carrier in his area should hire him .
