LOOKING FOR SOME HELP WITH A FEW LEGAL QUESTIONS.

That's what I'm trying to find out. I guarantee you it's clean as a whistle. But he put on it that i quit. And that doesn't look good after three months that he said I worked for him when in reality I worked for him at least 10 months.

AND IF HE TELLS ME THE SAME THING as you, ( which I doubt ) WELL I GUESS THAT MAKES YOU A GENIUS. AND HOW ABOUT LETTING ME WORRY ABOUT THE WORK AND/OR REVENGE AND YOU WORRY ABOUT YOU, OKAY? ALL I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS A LEAD TO A LAWYER WHO MIGHT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING THESE TYPE OF THINGS. GEEZ!!!

 

Why are you asking on here? I didn't know attorneys hung out here looking for clients. Pick up the phone and call the state bar association for attorneys that handle this type of case.

I am not a lawyer, but I do know what the judge would say in court:

Counselor, if you do not keep your client from these OUTBURSTS I am going to have to have him removed from the courtroom.

 

What part of your stupidity do you think is helpful to my question? AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT A JUDGE WOULD SAY!!! So if you can't contribute anything worthwhile to my post or to the info sought, shut up and don't post. Nothing complicated to understand. And what you forget is if I were in front of a judge, I wouldn't have a bunch of internet no nothings making irrelevant comments to deal with. All I asked for in my post was a little info and I get idiots responding with gibberish that has absolutely nothing to do with my post. I even have one telling me I shouldn't be posting this here because HE doesn't think lawyers frequent this place. JUST ANOTHER WANNA BE KNOW IT ALL that has no clue who is or isn't on this site!!! I thought the purpose of the forum was to learn by asking questions. Instead, I get some bozo who's probably busy watching the mens room telling me I can't post here. Well, i've had employees for around 45 years in this and other businesses. Seen/heard your kind many times and none have ever impressed me with their intelligence. With your attitude i wouldn't blame your ex boss for making an "innocent" mistake and correcting it afterwords.
