If I were you, I'd just go in one of the CB shops at (or near) a truck stop. Walking in, it should be pretty obvious if you're wasting your time there or not. I don't go into a lot of them, but the one next to the 75 Chrome Shop (Wildwood, FL) seemed pretty nice.

Check the CB shop at exit 163 I-40 in TN if you get through. They have some, and they've always been reasonablly priced on everything else.

If all else fails...check the shop at the TA in Knoxville. Although that would be my shop of last resort. He did have some.

The CB shop on I70 where OH and PA come together installs blue led lights... Dunno the shop name but I have spoke to him before about the same thing...

I am pretty sure the shops in Indianapolis also install them I465 exit 4 one behind the pilot way back in the back behind the hotel the other is over behind the fuel island...

Shop inside the Petro at the IN, OH line installs them..

Shop in Lafayette IN installs them.. (old truck stop there)

One in Toledo OH installs them

one in Ocala Fl installs them

another poster already told you about TN on I40 (2 shops one in a T/A and the other outside a T/A both install them...

Shop in Ontario CA installs them

You really dont want to do this, why? Because when the channels are really quite you will always have a buzz in your receive caused by those led lights....unless they are factory installed and then they can still do it.. It could even be loud enough to cause you problems hearing people that are far from you. It looks really cool but they are a huge pain in the butt!!!
