    I have job offers from Schneider and CTL. I'm also waiting for a response to my application from Trimac. CTL only has automatics. I would like to master stick shift before I going with a company that only has automatics.

    I agree with you to a point, but staying somewhere that you are completely unhappy at will be detrimental to both the driver and the company
