I am graduating on 12-12-12 with a Class A CDL. I will be graduating with the Highest GPA in the class. I am looking to find someone to team with and get along with. I am currently scheduled to start orientation on 12-27-12 with U.S. Xpress. But that could change if I found the right person to team with. I do have an extra bedroom available for anyone who would like to relocate to make this work. I have a beautiful log home situated on 12 wooded acres. I am a clean person who isn't loud or parties. About Me: I am a 33 year old white gay male. I'm a smoker and don't have the cleanest mouth, yes I curse some. I prefer to shower everyday and keep the truck clean. I would prefer to stay out anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks at a time. But we can discuss that. I would also like to be the night time driver. I have a clean criminal and motor vehical driving record. I am also looking for someone who's cool with me taking my dog. That's a must. I do not have my hazmat. Yet but I am going to obtain it soon. Oh and I have a wonderful sense of humor. I can keep you laughing. You: must be a clean person and not judgmental of my life style. Please call me if you want to discuss further. 540-836-3565. If I don't answer then leave a message along with your number and I will call you back. I really have no preference as to if your gay, straight, bi or if your green with dots. I'm just looking for a team member and at least someone I will be able to communicate with. Hope to hear from you!

look at us express thread in the dac section. lot of good info on teams there. looks to me like they run the teams great and will team you up with someone. i don,t work for them but thats what i've read. i won,t team, perfer to be alone but good luck

Dont go to us express. They will run u in the ground. Try and find something at schneider national. I drove for them for 2 years. It is a good place to begin your driving carrier. Then after 6 months find yourself a good owner/op and drive for him/her. Then get yourself your own truck. You can go anywhere u want.

U.s.is ok company.so far .they require something like $500 deposit for pets tho..they send u out for 150hrs of training then 8 weeks of team driving. Then im not sure.will know more n two weeks.i think if u tell em evrything u said here they will help u find a partner.btw being run n2 the ground is what it takes to make $u with em.i dont mind because they get me home evrytime i ask..good luck

Unfortunately Schneider isn't an option for him with a dog. These days, there are very few companies that meet these simple two criterion:
1) newbie looking for 1st job
2) with a dog.
I know ... cuz I'm in the same boat. And, if the dog is not negotiable - our pool to choose from is pretty limited. -
Werner allows pets & also teams.
