Looking for team driver out of OH,WV,PA,KY areas

Experienced driver currently a smoker determined to quit someday. looking to find a compatible team driver. Male or Female doesn't matter. I have a few companies that i am looking into. I used to have my own authority so i know a lot about the business. Maybe able to train right person with class A cdl must have haz mat endorsement and tanker. Or be willing to get them. Preferrably someone that went to truck driving school. This is for a over the road position. Be gone 3 to 4 weeks at a time. One of the companies is a 1099 employment,
