1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

    I'll keep it simple.
I'm 32 almost 33, married with 3 kids and 2 grandchildren (my wife is 10 years older than me). They all live at home and I'm the only one working. I have about 9 years experience, mainly otr with reefer. Only thing on my record is a couple of log violations. Right now I'm working for a company that forces me to drive outlaw and I'm tired of it. Don't mind the work so much as I mind having to drive pass open weigh stations and pray they're not going to chase me.
    What I'm looking for:
    $90k+/year
    Reliable equipment
    Possible future leasing
    Benefits for family
And a rider policy that starts at at least 5 or younger.
Would prefer something like 2 weeks on and full weekend off, but I'd be flexible for the right company.
I'd prefer an orientation that either flies me out or gets me a rental car.
Finally looking for a company that understands safety and actually wants their drivers to be safe.
Hopefully I'm not asking too much, but I do have almost 1.5 million safe miles and I believe I'm worth it.

    Bigrigjim1022 Thanks this.
