Looking for some info on Maverick and Trans Am from those who DO or HAVE driven for them. Pros/cons, where you ran, average miles, etc. Again, looking first hand experiences not rumors or "Worse company ever! I had a cousin whose cousin drove for them...."
Thanks!

Do a search for them, you'll find a lot of info.

Maverick. Trans am want you to lease(NO!!!) Maverick is honest and they have several divisions.
-
Google maverick and it will bring up the home web page. I've researched them myself and it seems to me that they are a good company. Also look into Anderson.
Squarewrk Thanks this. -
wanting you to lease and making you lease are 2 different animals
lots of rumours about if you dont lease you get sent home
i have seen none of that
every student that stays as company driver gets a truck as far as i have seen
transam has nice kw's with apu's inverters and refrigerators
auto transmissions and elogs
elog has built in gps routing to destinations and fuel stops
detail orientated or micromanaged you decide
but not the worst place to start as you try to get your feet wet
and learn all the rest of what you need to know
detriot is a great place for hometime
we run I80 and I94 a lot in last month i have been in paw paw , grand rapids and holland michSquarewrk Thanks this. -
Yeah, I'm leaning towards Maverick.

I have started updating an older TransAm tread here:

you can not go wrong with Maverick. Type Maverick in the search box, and read the threads. Look for Headed For Little Rock! by JimTheHut, long running thread, very informative. I pull for Maverick and am very very happy here.

After a long phone conversation with recruiting, Maverick it is!
