There may be. But I haven't heard of one.
You can go to one that has a school, and get your CDL. Then get hired.
But no one is going to hire you with just a permit. -
If you are asking about a cdl learners permit....its a very simple answer NO

There are some companies that will train drivers to get their CDL . I worked for Eastern Seaboard Packaging . They have branches in MA , FL , MD , and GA . They hired 1 driver right out of school and got a straight truck driver his Class A while I was with them . I also worked for MPW Industrial Services . They have several branches , always need CDL drivers , and have their own traing program . They have vaccuum trucks that operate on site for 2 or 3 weeks or more . Mostly these trucks remove fly ash from ducts or silos at power plants and haul it to an onsite dump . Many operators on these trucks don't need or have CDL's .

Some big companies will teach you and you can get your CDL that way; I believe Stevens has that but I am not sure if they're a good company or not.
