Looking to change careers, looking into attending Driver Solution program

    Hello, I've been a courier in the Atlanta, GA area for thirteen years. The drop in business, plus the increased cost for gas, has pushed me into a rather difficult decision. I have been in contact with a guy with Driver Solutions. After reading some of the horror stories on this forum, I am now hesistant to invest the time and effort into something that could be a worse situation for me and my family. Does anyone have any good experience with this company and are the schools in Arkansas that are attached to Driver Solutions any good? I would be grateful for any help on this subject, thanks!!

    Just finished C-1 school through DS about a week ago. Waiting for my trainer. Recruiter was great and the school was excellent. Can't say much for the lodgings. But all in all a pretty good experience so far. Going to drive for USA out of Arkansas. Heard both good and bad but know they are a starter company and have to start some where.

    there was another post do a search on newport, good shool bad deal with driver solutions.
