If you know of worthwhile quality "starter" carriers (no Western Express or CR England, thank you)...that will currently hire someone with a messy MVR, & NO experience -- then by all means....be my guest....please, do elaborate.
Inquiring minds wanna know....

Needing a clan record imo is misinformation. Just like the one above saying they’re uninsurable.
I know Schneider will hire with a 15 over so they’d probably allow someone with lesser problems.
The thing is we should be trying to help if it’s possible instead of just blowing up their aspirations. If it turns out that WE or CRE could possibly take them on let the op decide.
By the sounds of it the op has an excellent work history so that’s a big plus for getting hired. They just need to clarify what exactly is on their mvr with dates. -
- TMC (flatbed)
- Roehl Transport (dry van, reefer, flatbed)
- Werner Enterprises (dry van, reefer, some flatbed)
- Melton Truck Lines (flatbed)
- Schneider (dry van, tanker)
- McElroy Truck Lines (flatbed)
- Knight Transportation (flatbed)
I'm reasonably sure that....given current job market conditions....the above-named carriers will pretty much want a spotless driving record....or darn close to it.
Anyway....have at it.
Just know that...for now...it's a carrier's job market.

Second is serious but has some age on it.
The 3rd shouldn’t give you too much trouble imo..it’s old.
Find out what GA says about your CDL status first. If you can get that cleared up you could start contacting some carriers and try getting a pre-hire. I got a pre-hire from Schneider before I started school. This way you’ll have some idea if it’s worth proceeding to a school.
Worst case is you’ll need to just give it a little more time. Not the end of the world so don’t give up..time flies! -
From your original post, you seem to be missing the most crucial element of driving professionally; you don't "gain a CDL", you EARN one.
Please don't try. You don't belong in a commercial vehicle. You have shown that you are a reckless scofflaw wo doesn't consider the consequences of your actions.
