I know this has been asked alot but I live in texarkana Tx and looking to start going to cdl? I need some where were I wont have to pay out of pocket? thanks for the help. I am a noobie here haha

C1 truck driver training in n little rock ark just graduated from there two weeks ago and i didnt pay nothin but for gas and food. They have real good instructors. Look up driver solutions on the internet and speak with a recruiter.

Heres the problem with the free CDL schools. First off, the schools really cost 8 or 9 grand...way more then they should. To go to school, you sign a contract to work for the company paying for it. If you drop out, they charge you the outrages price for the school. During the school they try to make you fail so you will drop out.

Best option is take out a small loan for cdl school and just pay it back once you get a job. if you fail its less money you owe.

You may want to give them a call, (1-800-933-6442). They do take on beginners from company approved truck driving schools. The recruiting department can give you the name of a truck driving school in your area that you can go to in order to learn. From my understanding, a lot of their recommended truck driving schools are some really good community colleges that teach truck driving.

Perhaps you can take out a loan for one of Tyson Foods recommended truck driving schools. It would REALLY be well worth it.
Tyson Foods has an excellent reputation for treating their drivers very well, along with excellent pay and benefits.

If I am not mistaken, you may be in their hiring area. IT IS REALLY WELL WORTH LOOKING INTO!!

Tyson has company terminals in Springdale, Arkansas; Russellville, Arkansas; Center, Texas; Wilkesboro, North Carolina; and New Holland, Pennsylvania.
