Lack of knowledge, experience, and age are all negatives on your side. I'm not a nay sayer but I believe you must know the industry before you lay down so much responsibility. You would find it so much easier to be an O/O after you have a few years in. I have never talked to a 21 year old new driver that owns his or her truck. I have seen drivers that have had a truck given to them and they would be struggling but there's a big difference when you owe the bank tons of money and not have a truck payment. If you are dead set on this idea I would recommend that you study the laws inside and out then understand all the paperwork that makes the business run. Good luck.
