It may be Prime now. Schneider had the Olney, IL DC for years as well as London, KY. Olney has been Prime for some time now.

Call Averitt (800) Averitt and find out what CDL schools in the area they hire from. Avrt hires brand new CDL holders. They put newbies with trainers for a period and then solo. It depends on what type of driving job they hire you for. GENERALLY they don't want anything in your background that is questionable. To get hired at Avrt you need to go to their designated doctors (company pays) and then orientation in Cookeville, TN. OTR Miles seem to depend a lot on whether your terminal/service center has too many, too few, or right number of drivers. If you work for them their truck will be parked at their terminal, you will wear a uniform, you will keep your appearance neat and professional. Tattoos are to be covered, facial hair must be neat & trim.

Avrt is most definitely not a "dispatch me and leave me alone" operation for better or worse.

A small caveat with Atkins. If you have any cholesterol issues, be careful. Very careful. I lost 30 pounds in under a month on Atkins, then went to see my regular doc for yearly physical. My cholesterol was through the roof and he warned me to change my eating habits or I'd have a heart attack before 40.

Sometimes too good to be true is too good to be true. When a diet recommends bacon you need to be wary.

Instead I changed to a "revised" Atkins. All Atkins really is about is removing carbs. At the beginning you do it entirely to shock the system. Then you slowly bring some back in. But they have you eating eggs, lunch meats, bacon, red meat all things high in cholesterol, not to mention other crap like nitrates.

In my honest opinion, if you have any willpower, just change to veg, fruit and whole products. As in don't buy ready made hamburgers (preservatives and other crap), buy ground beef and make them. Don't buy the pack of frozen peas in butter sauce (too much crappy stuff to list). Buy peas and make them your own. Moderation is key. You can use a little butter. A little oil. But yes, fresh corn slathered in butter tastes better than a little butter.

The main reason Atkins worked so well for me (aside from the issues it caused) was the carb thing. So I took that knowledge and made a healthier plan. If only I had the self control to stick to it all the time instead of dropping 30, gaining 28, dropping 30, gaining 28, rinse repeat.

Without self control, ANY diet is going to fail. I recommend not picking one that has you eating crap we all know is bad for you.

yes 1st day of orientation you'll be drug tested, On the 1st day of class they'll tell you what day you'll be tested.
So you'll have a 3 week advance notice
