Drive a forklift, drive a truck, load pallets at the DC, unload at the customer, whatever, it all pays. The good jobs tend to involve descriptions that weed out the picky folks who only want to do one specific thing.

Pay me stupid good money and I'll go clean the toilets out. Who cares?

I don’t mean unloading the trucks, hence P&D. I mean being stuck at the dock while others are driving.

I’m not really picky but I wouldn’t want to do mostly dock work.

Of your making a good hourly rate, who cares.

I’ve found that no matter how easy the job is, there will always be complaining

I know exactly where that is. That is like 10 minutes from where I live. Wonder what the schedule and pay rate is.

At OD if you're a P/D driver you're not working the dock at your terminal. We have full time dock workers for that. Combo drivers are a mix of everything. They run city, yard spotter, dock or linehaul. They put combo guys where they're needed.
