As the title states, I'm looking to get into trucking and go teams with my father. I'm 20, and I've been told 90% of the trucking companies won't touch me because I'm not 21. If I were to train with him, would a company be willing to hire me if he trained me and we'd stay with them for a certain amount of time, or should I just wait until I'm 21?
