Well, the pressure on dispatch to get those short loads pulled, 66.1% under 400 miles, means if you're close to it you may have to pull it no matter your fleet. CougFan always talked about being at the right place at the right time to get a long load. Now I'm better understanding. He had it right!

They can only run you empty so far and have tons of short runs.

What you get depends on what you're close to at the moment.

I think you'll just have to be determined to roll with it, come what proverbial.

With drivers leaving, they have less leeway to set your loads all long.

tow, they're gonna tell the newbies that it was a terrible mistake, the Gordon's gave the $110 million back this afternoon and it was all a bad idea. You really were dreaming after all.

    Just a bad dream.

Come on, he's in orientation and would rather not get the royal ban hammer.

He shouldn't post anything here that would worry his Mom.

    Or yours.

I'm sure they've told them that there will be some adjustments ahead, stay away from disgruntled drivers and very happy to have you new guys.

    Welcome to HTLD/GTI!!!!!!!!

Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome.

Everything all right? How's your room at the hotel??

Was lunch okay?? If not, we'll change it. What would you like instead??

Yes, your truck will have an APU.

Not to worry. You've made a great choice.

We'll keep the best of both. Only the best.

They have probably said that its a good thing and it expands the lanes and the network of terminals while also saying GTI is still GTI for now.
