You just did join a team, The TTR team. A member here named Chinatown is our resident recruiter, and will have more jobs, it will make your head spin. I don't think he responds to texts, so check back. He doesn't mean to be that pushy, but all his references are sound. The "almost a year" may be a bit of a snag, but go IN PERSON to these places, and look them in the eye and say, "you'd be a fool not to hire me", okay, that may have worked 30 years ago, but if you can, show them you are ambitious, not a number on a screen, and that could just get you in the door. Good luck, you are in a good area.

    why team?

you can make just as much solo, without bunking with a stranger.

Boy howdy, got that right. I think when folks are looking for options, a team would seem to make the most sense. More miles, more money,,,and sometimes it can work. Many times, it doesn't. One drivers schedule is enough to deal with, 2 drivers complicates matters. I've been admonished for my views on teams, personally, I've always thought of trucking as a solitary job, I, me, mine, and if I needed to rely on another driver to make a buck, I'd look elsewhere. There are exceptions, however I doubt Taylor Swift will be co-driving any time soon.

you make twice the miles but pay 2 people.
