    The backing accidents are probably on DAC report, so yes, report them. They're no big deal anyway. You'll be rolling down the highway in a few days.

    The new company may want to know why you were terminated. Be up front about it if asked and say the backing was minor and no tickets or anything else was involved. My bet is KKW will hire you. Give them a try and see what happens.
    I think most on that list will hire you. KKW runs Texas and Western states.
