    Ladies and gents, I filled out the application, they ran my DAC and History as well as the background check. my question is this..... I have a recent Breach of Peace conviction from last year. (long Story). My recruiter says they are waiting for the history from Hartford County in Connecticut. Has anyone had this problem and how long did/does it normally take to hear something( it has been 7 days so far)?

    A few days ti a week I had something simialar that they had to check on me shouldnt be a promblem Swift is not that bad as other companys about the crimnial history, I missed out on several jobs because of a 18yr old poss of marijuana misdnr are u joking I was 18 at the time those companys lost out on a great driver there loss not mine.

    Give it another day and call them

    So why don't you call youre recruiter?Maybe he already has the answer and its a no go.

    i already did this morning..... still no word as of this morning. she said possibly by friday. but they want me in a truck... thats what both recruiters have told me!

    Just keep bugging them to find the answer, did you just get your cdl or have you drove for another company before?
