I think your fixed costs are a bit high, mine seem to average a little less than 1200.

That's awesome but don't see the relevance to this thread. I boned a different hot chick everyday last week

I wouldn't look at those miles as much as the revenue per mile. Like last week which made up for the going in the hole new years week, averaged 1.74 per mile... With a crossover run, had 3446 miles. Not all fleet managers are created equal, and life is definitely not fair. If you are running the minimum guarantee per mile, you will not make it...

I hope you guys get to pick your loads, I could only imagine how hard a DM can screw you if he could just put whatever he felt like on you.

That new years week I only averaged a 1.07 per mile, with 2137 miles. cleared about 100 bucks.. You can see that minimum rate they talk about will only keep you out of the hole......

    darthanubis Thanks this.

Your fixed costs seem about $500-600 to high. Do you have a extra amount coming out for something? Even with a Peter you shouldn't have a fixed cost of more then $1250/week

Keep in mind your fixed costs are like if you took a week off without running one mile, how much would you be in the hole. Around 1200 bucks....

    darthanubis and redoctober83 Thank this.

I heard that minimum rate will be paid back out of your next settlement that exceeds the minimum rate.
