    14 day refresher, up to 6 weeks with trainer. That puts me back on the road solo (and scaring hell out of the gophers) around the first part of December.

    Depending on the results of my driving test when I reach DFW I may not have to run with a trainer, of course that is due to my having already driven for them.

    Honestly the training period isn't that bad. The pay isn't great, but it is guaranteed pay while you're brushing up on your driving skills.

    That is good to know. I got my arrival info emailed and have looked a the local roads in google earth. I will be at the Country Inn up I-35W, I hope I get a place that has a stove so I can cook my ramem noodles. McFast Food wont cut it for 2 weeks...

    I'll be staying at the Grande. Decent food, and I can have a beer with supper. Nicer rooms than the Red Roof Inn had. pre-orientation at 6am on monday morning.

    Well I am in Dallas right now, waiting to check in at the Grande and begin orientation. If yall are out there and see the guy with the black Under Armor Cap and an Iron Cross earring that's me.
