Looks like Omni specialized is in trouble

Better get a nice screenshot or printout of your bank statement showing you HAVEN'T been paid... HMU, if you're interested, I have an idea on how to make that crap public without releasing your info.

 

I have Definitely been in contact with our bank and I have all the court docket dates screenshot...
They want to keep the trucks/freight moving but...what happens if you break down or blow a tire ? The company can't pay for services or tow fees so the driver goes through all the hassle for a Company that doesn't give a crap !
My husband is sitting until we see if they "actually" pay after this court hearing today...

 

I can't blame him. I wouldn't drive another mile until I knew I was getting paid for what they already owed me.

Anymore news on Omni drivers? Im still moving right now but fuel card will only work at Pilot and no ability to scale or get advances etc... Has anyone else heard anything?

 

My husband is a driver for Omni and has decided to sit until he finds out if they actually pay tomorrow or Thursday and also...If you have a breakdown or blown tire Omni can't pay to have repairs done...That gives YOU the driver the hassle and responsible of dealing with that situation.

 

I can't believe I seen some drivers still working I think it's a good time to get out I did they can't guarantee how long that pilots are going to be working a set date open an extended line of credit with the pilot once that is reached you will be caught off. That's what I heard from the maintenance manager I prop the tanks off and went home

 

I would also tell him to start looking for another job don't count on the situation being fixed

 

These driver's should be taking the time sitting and applying for a new job...
But seems like they have blinders on and are not looking at the whole picture.
