You can block his calls with this, (will go to voicemail without ever ringing) and then if he leaves you a threatening voice mail you'll have everything you need to sue...

Looks like they made a motion to unfreeze their bank accounts. Either they want to try to pay their employees, or they want to take the money and run.

First of all drivers were told during the conference call Tuesday at 2pm CT that the court approved payment of wages and employees would be payed Wednesday at "noonish" time...Well, we know that didn't happen but the other question is without paying for PACER you are not able to see what the decision was.
