Looks like Omni specialized is in trouble

Well it looks like they got approved to pay last weeks payroll. Let's see if it happens!

 

Just an FYI, employees are considered unsecured creditors and as such do not get any money until the secured creditors are paid.

See, that's the whole problem, being a scumbag has no real consequence in this day and age. If more of these idiots went to jail for this sort of thing, there'd be fewer of them doing it in the first place.

I am in contact with a TV station in Davenport Iowa can I give them your name and a phone number to contact you and discuss this...they are very interested.
Have you "moved on" to another company or sitting and waiting ?
We need to get as MANY driver's as we can to talk to the TV station.
Do you know others drivers that you could ask if they would talk with news about this ?
