It's already in bankruptcy court so that is all you will get. It's pointless trying to sue for more.
As for sueing the owner personally, well the whole reason for incorporation is so the owner cannot be sued. Unless you can prove embezzlement, and not simply poorly managed it's still a waste.

 

Well... considering the illegal actions that he did at roehl and was it Arrow when the fraud happened there I would put money on it that this guy defraud it everybody here too and it sitting on a boatload of cash so yes I would turn around and get a lawyer and have them look into it and go after that piece of trash

 

I can say this.
The bankruptcy court is already looking into that.

 

I feel bad for the people that got screwed over, reality is the "class" would not be large enough , and the potential for any kind of monetary reward is way too small to attract any law firm. Time to put it behind you and move on, sucks that it happened but life's not fair.

What that SOB did is illegal and you can NOT just STOP paying employees.

 

Why anybody would just tell people to get over it and move on when they're owed a few weeks of their salary that they legally worked for is absolutely mind-boggling not to mention quite dumb... should legal action be taken you betcha because for all intents and purposes it is very obvious that Thomas Witt has cleaned the bank accounts out and run off with all the money after they got clearance last week too by the court to pay all the salaries nobody's been paid yet he's missing... I would say go after that clown with for sure
