Looks like Omni specialized is in trouble

I am not involved but @Melley and @TruckersWifeLife Have done a good job trying to keep info flowing.
I would think you would be seeing some kind of payment by now.

That is who I have been following on here and was hoping Melley might have seen my post and replied
We received the court papers stating that those who did file would be paid we just don't know how much or when
You know how it goes...My husband has been home a week now and if his truck is not moving...he is not making any money and that adds to the stress of losing his Mom unexpectedly

 

I can relate to that. Lost my mom last May and lost work time. But you do what needs to be done.

 

Sorry I've been sick recently and just found out that we've gotta move again, house is on a condemned list,which we was not informed of. Anyway I spoke with the bankruptcy court today and all they are waiting on is the accountants to finish up with the proposal for the pay out ,when it's done the judge sign's off and checks start coming out. Unfortunately sevenmph is right compared to what we should be compensated for and what we'll actually get is peanuts. I did find out that we'll actually get the full amount of what was worked for.

At this point we will be content to get the amount of the last 2 paychecks that are owed GURRRRR
