Losing Faith in the Judicial System

Imo that marine is guilty of the murder of the crazy Mike Jackson impersonator. I saw the vid and many vids of the MJ dude. I have personally encountered way worse and many times in downtown Cleveland trains. I didn't kill them. Oh well just my 2 cents flame away murderer likers.

 

Smart money says he would’ve lasted 4 minutes in Gen Pop,and even then that’s a stretch!!

He is far from F'd.

I disagree with his actions, I disagree with the police reactions to his actions. I think that situations like this are what we are going to get with "Stand Your Ground" laws and it's the wrong direction to deal with current situations, but I doubt he will face actual repercussions.

No it does not, Prison and Jail are way different animal. And on top of that not all prisons are the same either. The lower level prisons vs Med vs Max vs Super Max all are totally different.. You said that he would not last more than a few mins in General Pop. What you do not realize is they have camps just for those sex charges. Where the guards and system will protect them. Most will go through little camps that have a camp inside of a camp so they are totally protected.

I did 5 years total inside in a few different camps, Max to Min when I was in. My brother has been in a Super Max for almost 25 years. My mother is in Max for about the same 25 years or so. Most my family has been in and out of prison since before I was born. I know just a little about the system. They will have a hard time in processing and then maybe in gen pop depending on location and crime. But that general statement you made is far from normal in todays prisons! I had the joy of making your statement true a few times but it was not the norm for most inmates!
