Losing Faith in the Judicial System

Well the problem is (and I'm not at all trying to be flippant), is that mentality I'll or not, they have the same rights as you and I. I believe that it was Regans AG who argued that to the Supreme Court and won.
It's a tough nut, frankly.
Dude obviously has some issues, but if he's not a danger, he has rights too.

One of my college buddies had a momma that was a raging alcoholic. He got the call and we went over there to help her out. We get there and she was wasted and naked. So we get her dressed and take her to the local hospital, and they said we can't do anything with her because she's an adult.

About 2 months later she died. She was sitting on the potty and had to throw up and the sink / vanity was right there, so she threw up and choaked herself on the sink.

My point is this, it's a really fine line between people's rights and the good of the community.

It's just as sad as it can be
