I recently got the clutch replaced and input shaft but now my truck dose not pull how it used to when I'm trying to do my tug test after hooking up to trailer as if it dosent have any power any idea what could cause this truck pulled fine before geting this done.

I can't see anyway it would throw a code for a slipping clutch. Does the pedal have the right amount of free play? That's a pretty good indicator of adjustment. Would it be possible that the pedal feels ok and the linkage is adjusted incorrectly?

Vampire, slow.rider and Magoo1968 Thank this.

Pedal feels like it's a little harder but not much truck takes a little longer then usual to speed up

The usual are air filter, fuel filters, bad fuel. The later two can happen quickly, air filter takes time.

Did you have a special program for it? Did they update the software?

I'm wondering if you didn't have an Eaton easy pedal, I believe they are called, with the old clutch and the new one isnt. That could explain the pedal. The pulling issue is definitely strange and my guess is related to the pedal issue, not the switch in the clutches. Maybe someone didn't set the clutch fork when installing the transmission and tried to draw it up with the bell housing bolts? I would imagine if the release fork isn't true that it would cause a bind on the throw out bearing, which in theory, would cause the pedal to be tighter than normal and possibly not engage the clutch completely. I'm just throwing ideas at this point from when we did my transmission. Keep us posted. My curiosity got ahold of me now.
