    I don't know. It's my first time dealing with a claim myself.

    I would say not a lot post here because we get screwed over. After a little over a year I am still in the process of trying to get mine done. I finally got the lawyers to sue the company since the insurance was going no where. I think unless It is a bigger company the insurance company's just don't care since they do not believe a one man show will bring them to court. I for one will spend the money to make it worth the pain they caused me.
