    Can you give us more details?why did you quit?unless it's in like a policy handbook I don't see this being a case.I know some companies will charge drivers for everything if they quit before like ninety days.

    No you can't go to jail. It's not a law, that's why you can't go to jail. When you quit he might take it from your last paycheck. But he can't take you to jail for it. LOL

    No highly doubt it.you'll just get a Bill and if it goes ignored he may seek legal action.but if he's like an outlaw type his job he may just forget it cause he doesn't want the law to dig into his past.

    If in the contract it says that you will pay it back, or if he wants to take you to court, he can, but it would cost him more to take you to court then what he wants from you, so he won't.

    Well he owes me like 410. I got cash advance of 350. PLUS he paid like 200 for me to get to his truck to start work.
    I now have family in hospital due to an accident and he doesn't care.
