You know I heard all this and that about lot lizards before entering trucking. Hearing all the chatter one would think they are everywhere at almost every truckstop. In my going on four years out here I’ve only seen a couple. Seems like a thing of the past days.
Pamela1990 and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
...maybe on drug related forum !

Without getting into specifics. To know for sure if the “girl” is a cop or not, all you have to do is ask her to flash you to prove she’s not one. If she don’t she either a cop or looking for trouble.
A working girl will always flash.
or scenario 2
Tell her you want to take 1 nude pic of her prior talking about $$$ for a good time. She’ll say something like $10 or what ever. Take the pic and that’s $10 insurance she ain’t a cop.Pamela1990, Waterman_99, Bean Jr. and 2 others Thank this. -
, that was in town, not the one by the 75/40 split. I'm not sure if that TA is still there, but back then the lizards ruled that place.
The TA ended up putting cameras up all over the lot and hired security. For a while they would still try to sneak around, but they got real good at spotting them. When the cops started arresting drivers, that put a final nail in it.cke, Pamela1990 and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
I used to run through Oklahoma on my way to Texas. The big casino there off 69, parking across the street from it, had lot lizards. That’s really been the only one I’ve seen.
a few other times I’ll see a woman just sit in the stop someplace, like on the curb and seem as if she’s “down and out, got left, etc” eventually some trucker will approach. Off to his truck they’d go. Lol I guess if you truly have no shame…D.Tibbitt, Mototom, Pamela1990 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Take the "rampant" drug use you hear about in trucking from the past. Now look at all the old timers here and their simultaneous complaints about how yesteryear was so much better and how people used to be courteous etc. Juxtapose that with the nearly violent reaction they have to the idea of anyone smoking a joint in their off-time. And then the idea that the 80s and 90s everyone that was driving a truck was drunk and on cocaine and also banging hookers every night...
My money is on all that stuff existing but only occasionally, much like today, the "fun" stuff is news BECAUSE its aberrant behaviour, even in the pastD.Tibbitt, VinceBlack, Gearjammin' Penguin and 4 others Thank this. -
