Lots of Rain in MN and WI

    Last night southeast mn received anywhere between 4-8 inches of rain causing lots of flooding. The town of Arcadia WI has national guard there and down town was evacuated. Highway 52 by Pine Island just north of Rochester is closed down water over the road. Lot of rivers aren't forcasted to crest until midnight tonight. Becareful out there still have flood warnings until tomorrow morning.

    Owatonna, MN is in the same boat, literally! They got 10 inches of rain in 24hours, I-35 is closed as are most of the areas in and around the town.
