    my husband wet to indy to school been there a week and a half gets a call and tells him to leave he does not know why now we are out a lot of money that we did not have to begin with, he had 20 years on his job and company went out he was hooked up with drivers solutions and was told he was approved with pam trucking for school he went and was doing what was expected out of him to do and got a call and was told to leave. THIS IS A RIP OFF, we are out a lot of money and he has no job.

    They don't just throw you out for no reason, he either failed a drug test or physical, lied about his history, etc.

    sorry to hear this, but he is OWED an explanation. did you pay cash..??? credit card..??? student loan....??

    cash, file a small claims case

    credit card, call the credit card company and stop payment

    student loan, call them and say you will refuse repayments till you are satisfied with the reason he was terminated.


    there had to be something so drastic they let him go. maybe he filled out the forms wrong, maybe he doesn't write or print neatly and they mistook his SS numbers for something else, maybe a former employer said some disparaging words.

    you need an explanation. call that BBB and complain, call the state consumers affairs office (or secretary of state office) and file a complaint.

    make a loud rukus, do not sit back.
