Louisiana Medical Cert expired since Sept 2021.....what do?

Well, just went to the website found the DL check status page and entered my DL & SS# and got this message.

Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles Driver Reinstatement Status

YOU HAVE NO OUTSTANDING ISSUES WITH THE OFFICE OF MOTOR VEHICLES.

WE HAVE PROVIDED YOU WITH THE REINSTATEMENT REQUIREMENTS OF THE DRIVING
RECORD YOU REQUESTED. IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED VIOLATIONS THAT DID
NOT CONTAIN SUFFICIENT INFORMATION FOR OUR OFFICE TO ASSOCIATE WITH THIS
DRIVING RECORD, ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CLEARANCE. THIS

then went to the CDL Medical Inquiry and entered in my data and just gave me the expiration date and that it was on file.

will still call in tomorrow just to make sure I'm ok one way or another or what the exact cut off time is.
