we stopped at the Love's in Santa Rosa, NM to switch drivers. Parked and went to the Carl's Jr. to eat. I ordered my food and requested no onions. They bring the food and I check and yep, it had onions. There was even a sticker saying no onions on the wrapper.

I bring it back to the counter and tell them and the employee asks me if I want him to scrape them off. I said no, I would like a new one, he says well that is just a waste of food. I said it wasn't my fault that is made wrong in a loud voice.. So the bring me a "new" one but I could tell they just scraped them off and reheated it a little.

So I get his name and take my receipt and try and call the number but everytime I dial it, it says Afghanistan. Even the local number for the manager kept coming up Afghanistan. So I go to Carl's Jr website and voiced my complaint.

It might not be a big deal to some people. I just can't stand onions. Yes, I could have scraped them off myself but they were really tiny ones.. Yes, I am being a whiny but. When you order something you should get it that way without Attitude.. just my opinion

I stopped at the loves the other day at exit 33 on i 75 in TN and went to mcdonalds. I ordered a cheeseburger with just ketchup and pickles and get out to the truck and it had no meat on it. Just cheese, ketchup, and a pickle on the bun. Went back inside and the girl said that is what i ordered and it was correct finally got the manager to fix it for me after a few minutes of arguing with her.

Usually when you call an 800 number you will get a recording or person or what have you.. but everytime I tried calling it would say I needed to put in prefix country code for Afghanistan.. that 800 number was for Love's but the number to call the manager at Carl's Jr. with a 505 area code kept saying the same thing.. Maybe it was just our phone, I don't know...

Just won't stop there to eat at Carl's..

That was one of my favorite places to stop before I jumped on 54. I never had a problem but I always keep it easy and just take what comes with it.
