It must have been mostly your RM. I’ve been at Gemini for 5yrs and have had VERY few issues. I haven’t done anymore “free” work than any other trucking job over the past 25+years. As far as benefits, WAY better/less expensive than ANY other company I’ve hauled for. Not perfect here but you sure could do ALOT!!! worse. You must of had one of “those” RM’s. My RM is great.

I make over 90k a year and average around 50 hours a week and I go home every night. I can't complain about Gemini. The benefits are actually pretty decent too. As far as you not getting paid that sounds like a RM issue. Company policy is you get $20 a hour for a delay after the first hour.

So it takes two of waiting to get the first $20?

Ha!! Looks like Gemini has there IT department back on these websites again telling bold face LIES to sugar coat thier awful ways.Or are you one of these scum bag regional managers that sits down to to pee??..either way ..that's a bold face LIE..Gemini pays nothing by the hour..all that free work you do falls under that "weekly min pay" program Jeremy and his butt buddy Scott dreamed up..they won't pay you..

I never worked for Gemini. But in the oil patch I know that the managers will literally hide in the woods wearing camouflage and try to find something to write their drivers up for so they can deny their bonus. I’ve known a couple Gemini oil drivers and frankly when I’d hear them talk about their bosses hiding like that I thought maybe they were exaggerating, but then about a year ago I was getting a load of crude at a oil lease that had tanks next to it that are serviced by Gemini, and sure enough I see a pick up truck drive right back in the woods and I’d seen the truck before at the offloading facility and knew it was the Gemini boss.

I texted a photo to a friend that worked ( he’s since resigned) at Gemini and he confirmed it was his boss and spread the word.

So word in the oil hauling community is that working for Gemini is like working for the Gestapo.

I see Gemini guys at US oil everyday. They all say it used to be a great place to work.

Certain railroads used to do that. And they were always hiring. Thanks for the warning, they have a lot of openings and now it makes sense. Like SAIA.
