Sapp Bros in Council Bluffs does something like that. I don't know about calling the company, but they will place a jersey barrier in front of the trailer and put a tag in the electrical box "PLEASE SEE FUEL DESK"
At the Sapp Brothers in Denver I watched them towed a truck that was parked in Handicap parking. They did knock no answer waited an hour to see if anyone came back. No one did so they towed it.
Couple weeks ago leaving home I fueled at the TA council bluffs and upon leaving noticed a landstar oo from omaha picking up what was left of his truck off the ground that he left there . Lots of paid parking in the omaha area at reasonable rates and if you are that cheap then ya get what ya get .

I’ve always went in and told them that I was going to Walmart real quick and never had a problem. More than a few hours I agree with them for towing trailers.
