This has been going on for a week.

We changed the fan clutch when the truck overheated last week.

Coolant is above the min line. I drained some coolant and it was not hot (just came back from 11 hr run).

Changed the sensor, and it is still binging. Any ideas what this can be?

Have you checked thermostat? Mine is stuck open and truck is running about 140. The jug and lines just barely feel warm. As far the sensor, I have no clue.

What truck... what engine... not hot coolant? And gauge never reads high?

    Bad wire. Grounding/shorting out.

    Just checked coolant, running overnight.

Coolant is at normal level. It is in fact hot as should be.

Still binging like crazy. Will recheck all wires again in the day

In the tank there is a magnet that floats up and down to signal the coolant level. Pull the sensor out from the bottom of the tank and put a magnet to the top of the sensor. If the dinging stops, you need a new tank as the float is stuck
