my 1987 Kenworth w900 is barely blowing heat out and thats when it is set on medium, low and high settings dont work at all. I have replaced the blower motor, thermostat and the speed switch. All thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.

I hate to ask the obvious and don't mean to be a ######## but have you opened the valve on the heater hose?

I think fan speed to, usually the resistor goes bad you only have high speed. But thats about all he hasn't changed.

Might check the resistor on the side of the heater box on passengers side floorboard. I had one once that had melted the connections on the harness plug where it plugs into fan speed switch (behind the temperature control panel), had to replace the connection.
