Low power light goes on then back to normal

    I have an issue with my electric power. 2011 prostar Cummins the gauge goes lower than 12 and light comes on while I’m driving then it goes back to normal after a while and it keeps doing that all day. 3 new interstate batteries and alternator isn’t more than a year old. What could it be? Thanks in advance!

    Check all the grounds and make sure they are clean and tight.
    If you have a master power switch check all those connections.

    Thanks I’ll do that; as of now I turned off my truck and it failed to start with the voltage at 11.8 and TA mechanics aren’t certified to jump start me.

    If you have a meter,check the voltage directly at the batteries.
    Some of the IH trucks had a fuse on the hotline in the battery box.
