Low power on brand new Kenworth t880?

Plus engine holds back power until a certain mileage is hit . On the Spec Sheet for my truck, under the transmission section, it says:
PT Optimization analysis: Balance power/economy blend results.

I'm assuming that is describing how the parameters are set in the programming, and if so, I'd rather have it more focused on power.

And if as you said, the truck gains power after around 50k miles, I'm screwed, because I'm a small local Paving contractor and I've averaged only10k/year on my old truck that this is replacing!...so it's gonna take a while, lol.
