LTL company change advice, what do you all think

    Yea I've noticed it go downhill as well. I've heard from old overnite guys that it was a lot better than UPSF. But at the same time nobody likes change after many years

    I believe they were at .57cpm before the YRC pay cut. They lost about 9k a year from that. That's good money with no union dues and free healthcare. What keeps alot of senior drivers here is not paying for healthcare if they had to pay that alot of them would have left already.

    I heard about the same as for pay and yes they say the free ins is what keeps them there. Plus it's hard to put in 20 years somewhere and move on. Strike didn't last very long, did it? Teamsters could care less about those guys from what I'm hearing.

    Yea I'm hoping next week I can put my two weeks in and start packing my stuff. After filling out the forms and all I believe in good
