Curious if u guys think it would be smart idea to try to get in into this field. I currently work at sysco foodservice in the warehouse can do it all load trucks forklift n pull orders which is my main job n preference since I make alot more at it then the others. I know how to hustle since my job on incentive base pay. But just thinkin about looking for something new we are taking are about to take a 2nd pay cut this yr n they keep doing things to try n slow us down so we make less $$. I currently don't have a Cdl but have been thinking about getting one. Or possible getting it from sysco since I could switch to a driver there n they would help me get my Cdl. But they just took a pay cut also n are upset.. What would be a good way into say FedEx OD UPS etc guessing starting on the dock? What's the starting pay like?
