but didn't you guys agree to like a 15% cut for like two years? Or isn't that for new guys? I got a friend that started in Chicago and he told me the cut will be until 2015 for him when he will finally get the old payscale back or something I don't remember much.

Yep we ate 15%. I think we were supposed to have gotten it back by now but they want to extend it or did extend it. I've lost track with all their BS!

Curious if u guys think it would be smart idea to try to get in into this field. I currently work at sysco foodservice in the warehouse can do it all load trucks forklift n pull orders which is my main job n preference since I make alot more at it then the others. I know how to hustle since my job on incentive base pay. But just thinkin about looking for something new we are taking are about to take a 2nd pay cut this yr n they keep doing things to try n slow us down so we make less $$. I currently don't have a Cdl but have been thinking about getting one. Or possible getting it from sysco since I could switch to a driver there n they would help me get my Cdl. But they just took a pay cut also n are upset.. What would be a good way into say FedEx OD UPS etc guessing starting on the dock? What's the starting pay like?

Yea I think they start are guys off at like $19-20hr then can make more depending on routes n stuff. That's like in the warehouse they start u off at $14.9hr but once u get on wip can make more. I avg $31-32 hr but curious to see wat it will be after they update are wip program in a wk or 2..
