    Indeed.

    The fish tends to rot from the head. A manager MUST get out in front of such things and put the brakes on it, lest the "monkey see, monkey do" mentality begin to take over, and it always does.

    Dealt with that problem one time at Sodrel. Was backing to a dock that was pretty sloped. As I backing down, the strap broke. and of course everythign at the post office is on wheels, so it all went rolling into the door. That was a lot of fun.
