Lumped in pay by lumpers

Another possibility when you scan a document sometimes it is too dark or to light to properly read... Scroll through the pages to make sure it is readable befor hitting summit... When using transflo at TS make them show you the preview screen befor summiting paperwork.

 

That is the main reason to never scan at a Swift terminal.
They all use the same type and model of scanner, and they are nothing but crap. Forget getting a scale ticket to scan, they always come out black. And if they can't read it, you don't get paid for it.

Most scanners at truck stops are maintained fairly well.

 

I am stuck with low miles right now, too.
I'm in New York, the state, and I'm recycling hours on my 70.
Yesterday was around 300 miles and today is around 200, and I'll only have ~4 hours left until 0300 local time.
But then for a few days I have good hours coming back in, so hopefully I can get a longer load out of here.

Pretty part of the state, however. Lots of hills and green and rivers.

Never hand the lumpers a comcheck until mac 40 has the funds on your card and you have the main 3. Tax ID,company name and amount with tax. If he did the mac 40 and it was authorized paid out and comcheck authorized with a receipt handed to him i would be on a relentless assault against payroll. On a side note i once had a lumper that was a little shady although when i asked for the main 3 he said he didn't have a pen and paper so i gave him my pen and my notepad to write down his info. Company name: Lumper Cervesis Tax id:HIS SS# and amount. I didn't like it did mac 40 got it authorized sent qcom messages to my dms before handing him the check. GOOD LUCK!
