www.cfidrive.com is a good dry van outfit with cdl school. Doubt you'll need it though.

Just had to go through this too, a certain LCCC instructor/tester was not giving the skills tests in a way that satisfied the state. They're going back about 3 years in recalling people. Try not to get angry about it, just study up and go pass it, the Penndot testers are decent people (the one who tested me wasn't even from the area) and really don't know whats going on either.

I failed my road test. Coasted down a hill. Back to square one.

What comment was made by the "State Specialist in driving proficiency?"
Coasting downhill. Wacky. Obtuse. I guess it's a case of - do it, but not in the test?
That's like getting a ticket for spitting on the sidewalk.
How about addressing real concerns, like cell phone usage - or actually cell phone addiction - abuse.
I Stopped at a light, all the meatlings go into hypno-mode, with their face down in the phone.
5 cars ahead of me and light turns green.
I actually waited at least 4 seconds for them to look up.
No one even sees it, until I Give 4 second air horn enema to the whole herd.

To me coasting is a BS fail.
But I didn't give the test.
Just take it again, no worries. Ain't like you're green.

I just realized I coined a phrase - "Air Horn Enema."
When the traffic ahead of you is in stupid mode, and they need a wake up call from the rear.

He just said I coasted the whole way down a hill towards a stop and it was beyond the length of the truck. I should of asked my company to bring their truck. I was not comfortable driving the truck they provided.

Did you coast with the transmission in neutral or coast with the clutch in? They want you to leave it "in gear" so you can apply throttle to pull away from something if need be.
