Just stop.. you have no grounds to sue them at all.. You could not meet their standard and it had to do with safety or an inability to properly remain in control of the (their) equipment. Most companies do not have the means or time to wait for someone to train for much longer that the standard which a majority of drivers obtain the skills that they need (even as rudimentary as it is). They just don't have that responsibility to do that for drivers who cannot meet their standards.

Ahhh ok. That makes more sense you're a new driver. They don't seem to think you're cut out for trucking for one reason or another. Perhaps you didn't catch on quite as fast as they'd like. Not saying that you don't know what you're doing to some degree, maybe they have a specific standard. I don't know. At this point, you'll have to cut your losses and just apply to any and everyone. Whoever gives you a chance, go for it and try to get some experience so you can move on to a more gratifying gig.gentleroger and Lonesome Thank this.

Actually why are you responding you must be affiliated with them and obviously u don’t know what grounds I have you weren’t there and no my termination had nothing to do with safety since you were there and you know
I Know why I was terminated and it had nothing to do with safety thanks you have a great day -
But to put a false report in my Dac report and then say I was rehireable is crazy if I had to work for them I just wouldn’t be doing trucking at all and thanks for the advice some people are rude on here for no reason like I’m trying to get something from them I don’t get it but anyway just wanted to let people know to steer clear of Mabe Trucking seriously

So go find a lawyer... then come back and cry some more... I hear there are some great 1099 companies hiring.. and they don't care if you can back or notSirscrapntruckalot Thanks this.

There is nothing EEOC can do unless you are claiming discrimination.Sirscrapntruckalot and gentleroger Thank this.

I’m not gonna tell you where u can go have a great day
-
I am not sure what you would have even attempted to claim with the EEOC but they will call you to do a phone interview about your report or claim you filed. I can tell you this, they don't move fast at all over there at the EEOC. The EEOC doesn't handle anything though relating to consumer reporting, etc. which would be more the issue you have.

Maybe we are all confused then? You did say you were terminated for taking too long to back. Are you just saying that it has nothing to do with safety (on their part) on that basis alone? I think a lot of folks are trying to help you here, but everyone is getting confused.Sons Hero Thanks this.
